Ayelet Center Naturopath and Herbalists.

Hi, I'm Ayelet -
Naturopath, Herbalist,
Nutritionist & Mum of Three

I understand how exhausting it is when your child is not sleeping, struggling, or changing in ways you cannot explain, and when your own hormones, energy, or body no longer feel steady. My work focuses on supporting children with complex gut, immune and nervous system patterns, including PANS/PANDAS and neuroinflammatory conditions, and guiding women through hormonal transitions such as perimenopause.

Using herbal medicine, nutrition, homeopathy and simple lifestyle rhythms, I create gentle, personalised care that fits real family life. I work with families across Australia, with a particular focus on children experiencing complex or unresolved symptoms, and women navigating perimenopause and hormonal change.

My goal is simple — to help you and your family feel like yourselves again, not just cope, but truly regain balance, clarity and vitality.

Your Health Is Everything

When you or your child don’t feel well, everything feels harder. Sleep, focus, moods, patience, even hope.

You may have tried diets, supplements, and endless searching, yet something still feels unresolved. This is where thoughtful, root-cause care can make a real difference.

I specialise in supporting:

Women with:

•       Perimenopause and hormonal transitions

•       Fatigue, brain fog, anxiety and sleep disruption

•       Gut health, skin concerns and immune support

•       Feeling dismissed or unheard by conventional medicine

Children with:

•       Complex gut, immune and nervous system conditions

•       PANS/PANDAS (Paediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) and neuro-inflammatory presentations

•       Tics, anxiety, OCD behaviours and sudden behavioural changes

•       Eczema, food sensitivities and immune challenges

•       Sleep difficulties, bedwetting and gut health concerns

If this sounds like your family, you’re in the right place.

My Approach

My approach focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying drivers of symptoms, rather than simply managing them. I believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support. My role is to uncover what's out of balance and guide you with tools that are gentle, sustainable, and effective.

I use:

  • Whole food as medicine

  • Herbal remedies that are safe, effective and practitioner-grade

  • Personalised low-dose / drop dose herbal prescribing

  • Nutritional and lifestyle support that feels realistic

  • Functional testing when needed for deeper insight

  • A calm, supportive space where you feel seen and understood

My care is guided by nature and informed by science - grounded in clinical training, gentle, personalised and always tailored to your family's rhythm.

The Story Behind My Work

My journey into natural medicine began long before I opened my clinic. I grew up surrounded by the simple wisdom of herbs, seasonal food, and caring for the body gently.

Years later, when my own children faced gut issues, sensitivities, and sleepless nights, I was reminded of those roots. Conventional answers didn’t feel complete, and I knew there had to be a better way. That search led me to study naturopathy, and it changed everything.

As I learned how to support my children naturally, I found my calling: to help other families find clarity and healing through natural, evidence-informed care. And in doing that work, I found a second calling — supporting women who, like me, found that their own bodies were quietly changing in ways that deserved more attention than they were getting.

I’m passionate about helping women and children feel seen, supported, and empowered to understand what their bodies are trying to say. That’s what this practice is built on.

A Teacher’s Heart

Before becoming a naturopath, I spent over fifteen years as a teacher.

That experience shapes everything I do — more than any single qualification.

When you sit with me, I don’t just give you a plan. I help you understand what’s happening in your body, or your child’s body, so that the decisions you make feel informed and considered — not overwhelming.

I explain the why behind every recommendation. I check that it makes sense for your life, your family, your capacity right now. I want you to leave every consultation feeling clearer, not just with a list of things to do.

Because healing isn’t just about the right herb or the right supplement. It’s about feeling informed enough to trust the process — and supported enough to follow through.

That’s the part I love most: watching families move from confusion and exhaustion to clarity and confidence.
