What many parents are not told — and what standard paediatric testing often misses — is that low iron stores can produce symptoms virtually indistinguishable from ADHD.
Not low enough to cause anaemia. Not low enough to flag on a standard blood count. But low enough to quietly undermine the very brain chemistry that governs your child's attention, mood, and sleep.
